Customs and Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
Customs Duty Assistance
If customs charges are applied upon delivery, we kindly ask that you pay the fees initially to avoid delays. After payment, please email a copy of your customs receipt to testokshop@gmail.com.
Upon receiving proof of payment, Testok will review your request and, where applicable, reimburse the customs duty amount within 24 hours.
Tracking Information
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at testokshop@gmail.com.
My Tracking Shows "No Information Available"
Some shipping carriers require 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking information is still unavailable, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Will My Order Arrive in One Package?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each package.
