Testok Return & Warranty Policy

At Testok, we are committed to delivering premium Tesla accessories backed by exceptional quality and customer service. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims and is designed to protect both our customers and Testok from misuse or abuse.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their Tesla model, year, wheel size, and specifications before ordering. Our fitment guides and support team are available to assist.

Once a product has been installed, it is considered accepted as correctly fitting unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Returns for fitment issues after installation are not accepted.

Products ordered incorrectly may be returned only if unused, unopened, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Installed products showing signs of use or installation.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect tools.

  • Products missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.

  • Normal wear and tear including scratches, paint chips, stains, or cosmetic marks.

Quality Issues

A product will be considered defective only if:

  • A manufacturing or material defect exists.

  • Shipping damage occurred and is supported by photos taken before installation.

  • Testok shipped the wrong item, colour, or model.

Proof Requirements

Claims must include:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Images of the complete product.

  • Order number and purchase details.

  • Photos of packaging for shipping damage claims.

Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Return Process

Contact us at testokshop@gmail.com. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers must:

  • Ship approved returns within 3 business days.

  • Use original packaging whenever possible.

  • Provide a valid tracking number.

Return shipping is covered by Testok only for confirmed defects or shipping errors. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect orders.

Warranty Coverage

Testok products are covered against manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, collisions, accidents, or improper installation.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Chemical damage, corrosion, or excessive exposure.

  • Racing, track use, or aggressive driving.

  • Normal wear and cosmetic deterioration.

  • Minor colour variations or preference changes.

Custom products are covered only against defects in materials and workmanship.

Shipping, Customs and Delivery Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information. Failure to cooperate with local carriers or customs authorities may result in delays, return, or destruction of goods.

Testok is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses or contact information.

  • Failure to complete customs requirements.

  • Customs delays or import restrictions.

  • Government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

If goods are destroyed or returned due to customs issues or customer inaction, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund or replacement will be required.

Insurance Protection

Eligible orders may include package protection for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Compensation may be available for:

  • Delayed deliveries.

  • Lost packages.

  • Theft after delivery.

  • Shipping damage supported by photographs.

Claims must be submitted within the applicable claim period. Compensation methods may include replacement products or refunds through approved payment channels.
